Mr. Wu regularly advises public and private companies on matters relating to corporate governance, securities regulations, financing strategies and alternatives. He co-heads the Firm's Capital Markets Group, in charge of the Asian side of the practice.

Mr. Wu received his LL.M degree from University of Virginia School of Law and his LL.B degree from Southwest University of Political

Science and Law,where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. Mr. Wu is currently a Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D) candidate with the University of Virginia School of Law.

Mr. Wu is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
